Cancellation Policy
We will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided You notify us Within 48 hours of placing your confirmed order.

Warranties,
All wood office furniture products are manufactured With 45 PSI particle board, considered ‘Commercial Grade’. Where as off
the shelf Office furniture items at Office Furniture store are generally made With particle board of PSI readings of between 15
and 30, which drastically reduces the cost of the product, but in turn puts a severe strain on the overall product durability,
often such products have a thin Resin Foil Paper as economical method to make budget-oriented products.
All wood Office Furniture products we carry are manufactured With "Commercial Grade" Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) and
all boards are finished on all sides to ensure optimum strength and durability.
These products are made under Canadian regulated work standards in a huge manufacturing facility With tight quality
assurance process.
A copy of the written warranty is included With each furniture item. IMPex Shoponline Canada will send You the
Manufacturers Warranty Information along With your purchased item as applicable/available.
Most of the office Furniture items we carry are also available on "Big name Office Furniture
Chain stores".
Guarantees/Returns and Exchanges.
For Local delivery our authorized carrier will call You to arrange delivery for this (specific) merchandise.
Your shipping and handling charges include delivery at Ground level of your office, Please, advise us in advance for delivery
at upper floors. In case of high rise office complex, please arrange building access and service elevator.
Please be sure to inspect the merchandise upon delivery and note any damage to exterior packing With the Shipping/
Handling contractor before he leaves your place. If damage is noted, please retain the original packaging for return.
Any damages during Transit are responsibility of carrier. Any damage noticed on exterior of the Packing has to be noted on
the delivery note/ papers of the carrier. Please inform us any damage to contents Within 5 Business days.
We will ship the replacement parts damaged in transit, at no extra cost to You.
Within 15 days of the furniture delivery, if You are not satisfied, Email us your concern about the product along With the
details of the purchase. We'll gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Returns can only be considered in Original unused condition and Packing. 15 - 25% restocking Charge will apply for all
returned merchandise.

payable to IMPex Canada. A $25 fee will be charged for all cheques returned for collection.
